A draft is a textual contribution to a position. It may be a local draft or a remote draft. A local draft is stored as a position page. Usage example for a position page:
A remote draft is stored outside of the pollwiki. Its location, form and other properties are recorded by a local draft pointer.
Bracket markers to distinguish meta-content from proper content
Some tools recognize markers within a draft that distinguish meta-content from proper
content. The meta-content must bracket the page like a header and footer. It is
marked by lines that contain
<!--voLoBrac-->. These lines and the content
above or below are not considered part of the draft content. Pages are thus structured as
The optional high bracket, or header, ends with a line containing this marker <!--voHiBrac--> The content proper for differencing purposes This <!--voLoBrac--> marks the first line of the optional low bracket, or footer.
