Property:Has proper name

From Wiki
Jump to: navigation, search

The "has proper name" property answers whether the subject of a page would normally have a proper name. The value is a boolean. Usage example for a page:

{{#set:Has proper name=false}}

MediaWiki stores page names with an uppercase first letter, making it impossible to distinguish between proper names such as "Candy", and improper ones such as "candy". Therefore use this property when a distinction needs to be recorded.
