Note: This is a short brainstorm collection of my thoughts on resource management.

Voting tools still focus largely on building a common statement of text and not a ground for action. While action is considered as a result of the drafts being decided upon, there exist no easy ways to raise resources (labour, money, machines, goods, ...) through the process. This has to be changed if consensus building is to be applied to more than particular issues inside the present day societies. To build self-contained consensus-based societies material management needs to be targeted. A reproductive democratical society would allow to grow and seed consensus based action from its experiences and successes. It would be independant of the outside society in all means guaranteed by private property and public law today.
