Stuff:Outcast/switch/offering a toolset

These are the instructions for offering a toolset for inclusion in the toolset switch. This page is intended for developers. We look forward to collaborating with you to design a toolset registry, e.g. as suggested in this post. Meantime the range of toolsets is specified in MediaWiki:Common.js.
