These are the installation instructions for the toolset switch. This page is intended for web administrators. If you need help at any point, please make use of the Votorola mailing list or IRC channel.

Download

Initially you are welcome to use the files deployed at http://reluk.ca/var/deploy/outcast/switch/. Let us know if you wish to install your own and we'll package them up properly for you.

Installation

The details depend on the web platform. Currently only MediaWiki has been tested. See for example this wiki's MediaWiki:Common.js. See also http://metagovernment.org/wiki/MediaWiki:Common.js.

In principle, the toolset switch can run on any web platform. See the INSTALLATION section of script file switch.js for the general requirements. Let us know if you need help.

See the CONFIGURATION section of script file switch.js.
