The Outcast toolset switch is a device for choosing one's personal democracy toolset, or for changing toolsets on the fly. If your browser is supported (see #Platform_support) then you may see an introductory banner at page top. The toolset switch is on the left side of that banner. If you do not see the banner, then hover your mouse over the small triangle at top left of this page.

Platform support
Tested on Chrome, Firefox and Safari, no support for Internet Explorer yet.
