(I really like where this one is going) There is a lively, cross forum discussion that is definitely getting some traction. It seems to me if we (you, Thomas, and I) began putting together a "project outline", using Votorola to develop it, and cross-posted our discussion in the *Structure* forum as we discussed yesterday, this would give us a chance to (1), begin the "bug" work, (2), present the "online GA/voting project" idea as well as the "technology" simultaneousl
