08:22 < conseo> i have managed to get the eclipse debugging going with our repo for GWT and it is pretty handy to follow the traces, use breakpoints and view the stack during runtime without adding debug code.

12:05 < mcallan> conseo: i never needed a debugger for java, except when i had hung threads (maybe twice).  then i used the command line debugger that ships with the jdk.  it showed me which threads were waiting on each other
