Pollspace Mock-Up, Compact Half-Shells (Inputs on Header)

Using form inputs for path nodes in headers. So the layout won't alter on nagigation, or if content is changed by javascript. Inputs are not sized by content. But that's a clumsy solution. And it works poorly on IE8, which expands input width to accomodate the initial value.
