Parts of Votorola may be released under other, non-Votorola licences. Copies of those licences may be stored here for reference. Where the licence is contained in scope, storage here is optional.

In some cases, a licence is uncontained in scope, which means that it may have an affect on some other part of Votorola. In such a case, a copy of the licence must be stored here as a file, and the part released under the licence must refer to it explicitly, such that a grep of the codebase for the file name will reveal the part.
