Comparative locus highlighting among documents.
This facility reveals genetic similarities among documents, by locus. It highlights the gene under the mouse pointer, and highlights the corresponding genes at the same locus in other documents, across the desktop. The implementation (as coded thus far) is user-applet based; it works with the mouse pointer, and with Web pages in multiple browser windows.
